Prefix commands will be processed in the order in which they appear. The logic
will validate and process until an invalid condition or combination occurs.
The first line on the logical file is the TOP_of_FILE. This is not an actual part
of the physical file being edited.
The last line on the logical file is the BOTTOM_of_FILE. This is not an actual part
of the physical file being edited.
